About Me 

I have always been passionate about animals, but felt specifically drawn to dogs.  In 2014 I started working at a mom and pop doggie daycare/training center. It was there that I learned how to properly handle dogs in structured play groups.  After only a couple of months of working as a handler, I began a 2 year apprenticeship training dogs. This opened a door to a new world of dog training. Since the very beginning I especially enjoyed working with dogs that suffered from behavioral issues. There was something about learning to understand the dogs which other trainers couldn't.

 I spent five years with that company, not only growing as trainer but as a person and leader. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 2018 I ran a dog training franchise in Milwaukee, WI.

The company specialized ONLY in electric collar training. I understand e-collars have their benefits and place in training. I also understand that not EVERY SINGLE dog that comes through a training program actually requires an e-collar. Most owners just want a dog that is well mannered, calm, and socialized. A dog that doesn't pull on walks, doesn't jump on guest or aggressively barks at other dogs while on walks.  E collars are a great addition for a well trained dog's training plan , but they shouldn't be upsold to every owner as a MUST have tool. Most owners don't fully understand the proper use  or benefits of an electric collar,  even after some training.  After a short year and a half with that company I  decided it was time to expand my horizon and go off on my own. This allowed me to create unique programs that will benefit dog and owner alike, using tools and training that both are comfortable with. 

  I have gained experience with all temperaments and different breeds. I've utilized the knowledge I have accumulated over the years to assist every dog and owner I have ever had the privilege of working with.
